Please do not sell or trade my designs/characters i created to the following people under any circumstances!If you do you will be blacklisted yourself!Do not attack or bother anyone on this list, I do not wish any harm to these people, I just want everyone to understand the reasoning why I do not allow them to use any of my designs!Note for blacklisted users If you own designs from me prior to being blacklisted you may keep them since you have rights to those characters.Please do not ask me to interact with any of these people, it makes me really uncomfortable.Some of the reasons may be triggering so I have covered them with a spoiler, so unspoil them on your own regardYou may receive a notice from my official TH design profile letting you know if you are being blacklisted!Last updated: 08-22-2024

► StoneSavage - Highly uncomfortable due to their past behaviors towards the species Pupoppies. Hording adopts not giving other people the chance to buy Puppoppies, Trading Puppoppie designs with me and then putting them back up for offer immediately. Constantly contacting me even tho i made it very clear i was not interested in their art and offering stuff that i didn't even list that i was looking for (amazon gift cards etc.)► Manakete-Queen/MISSINGN0 - making me feel very unwelcome in a species after I made a mistake by a misunderstanding of a gesture, then being hostile and asking me to leave them alone while I was just interacting with stuff of the species. Which they happen to run 90% of the stuff when the founder was on hiatus for a while.(or any username they have, they change it a lot)
► Crymorix/SunFlowerMonarchy - Old toxic friend
this person also pretended to be Cutthroatsabe their "bf" at the time, but this appears to be false, why they pretended to be that "person" i have no idea. There is a lot more insane stuff about this person but i do not want to associate or talk about this person anymore so do not ask or talk to me about them, also if you are a follower of them i will not interact with you either.
They also have deleted a bunch of my designs► Wendipuff/Diviously - Disrespect full species founder, putting blame on me all the time, ganging up on me in discord with other members, getting back to me later after i came to void characters that i didn't want in the species due to leaving the species they came back days later saying that I'm not allowed to void official and guest artist design and when i ask if they can just give them to others they just said no, and when i said okay i'll just rejoin to trade them and they said i couldn't do that either.► Telodin/Tel0din - Many things: Ripping off popular closed species and then trying to defend that it is not ripped off, full on copying/ripping off people their oc design for species or adopts to sell, making feral NSFW art and trying to defend himself, Making NSFW art of a character that is a minor.all the proof of the things happening can be found on these accounts, please look at it: https://www.instagram.com/tel0dincallout/# and https://www.instagram.com/tel0din_callout/#, i also have seen stories of people who used to be friends with him and then share their interactions with him.KouNavi48 - Ghosting me for over 8+ months without a word. I was waiting for customs from them.► d0gt33th - Ghosting for days when asking for an update on the art they where doing for my custom for them, as they were paying me in art but i never received any updates.► Retched_Hatchet - Failure to pay for an pre-claim adopt after more than 48 hours + paying less than asked for the adopt. Failure to pay even after the last mention.► ToshiiKo - This is an artist i used to love but prefer to no longer associate with due some very disturbing nsfw art YCH they made, I don't mind nsfw at all but Gore and NSFW is a hard no to me as to me it will count under the category of r*pe.► Toishu/adinipanini Private drama which i will not disclose here!► JayDawn - wanting to remove one of my design permanently from ToyHouse and existence and being rude about it. I told them this would be breaking the rules of my TOS but they dont care, processed to leave the Lumeriya server and delete the character and account. Character has been re-posed and given to someone else► inkeyqwinkey - Permanently blacklisted for unprofessional behavior. I faved one of their characters when i was looking through tookiuts designs on toyhouse, so never saw their characters warning, instead of kindly asking me to remove my favorite to my dreamie list they where rude and immediately blocked me which was very unnecessary.
(Note to people, if you dont want people to be fav/dreamie your characters, please just disable to fav function in the character profile! Or kindly ask the person to remove their fav, you yourself are also capable of removing unwanted favs from a character. No need to create unnecessary drama)
